At Mactrics, we believe in transparency and a hassle-free experience for our clients. To ensure clarity, we have outlined our cancellation and refund policy below.

  • Clients may cancel or reschedule their booking within 48 hours after placing the order, provided that the execution of the booking has not started already, with no cancellation fee; however, taxes will not be refunded.
  • If a client cancels before 2 days prior to the scheduled date, a 50% cancellation fee of the base booking price will apply and taxes will not be refunded.
  • If a cancellation request is received less than 48 hours before the scheduled booking time or if the client fails to show up without prior notice, they will be subject to a cancellation fee equal to the base booking price. No refund will be issued, and taxes will not be refunded.

Exceptions: We understand that emergencies and unforeseen circumstances can arise. In such cases, clients should contact us as soon as possible, and we will assess the situation on a case-by-case basis.

Schedule Changes: For any schedule changes, please contact our administration team. If there is availability, we will assist you in changing the scheduled date. However, if no availability exists, a cancellation fee will apply in accordance with our policies.

Studio Closure: In the rare event that we need to cancel a client’s booking due to unforeseen circumstances or studio closure, we will make every effort to reschedule their booking at a convenient time or offer a full refund.

Cancellation Limits: Clients are allowed to cancel a maximum of 2 bookings within a 30-day period.

Refunds will only be issued for cancellations made within the allowed cancellation period, as specified in our Cancellation Policy.

Refund Process

When you initiate a cancellation request, please note that our Administration team will review and process it to confirm the cancellation of your booking. This step ensures the accuracy and completeness of the cancellation process. The refund will be processed according to the following criteria:

  1. Cancellation made within 48 hours after the order placement date: A full refund will be provided on the base price, and taxes will not be refunded.
  2. Cancellation made within the period after 48 hours of placing the order and before 48 hours prior to the scheduled date: A refund of 50% of the base booking amount will be issued and taxes will not be refunded.
  3. Cancellation made within 48 hours of the scheduled time: No refund will be issued and taxes will not be refunded.

Coupons and Discounts

If you applied coupons or discounts during the order, please be aware that those coupons or discounts cannot be used for future bookings after canceling the order. However, refunds will be issued according to our cancellation and refund policies.

Non-Refundable Fees

Cancellation fees are non-refundable and cover administrative costs as well as the reservation of the booking slot.

Final Decision

Any final decisions regarding cancellations, refunds, or schedule changes will be made by Mactrics.

Policy Changes

We reserve the right to make changes to the cancellation and refund policy without prior notice. Any changes to this cancellation and refund policy will be either posted on our website or communicated to you directly. These changes will apply to all future bookings.
